Japan, well it’s been a while and I love Japan, plus I’m with the Black Crowes who I was last with here a hundred years ago at Fuji Rock . Chris Robinson and I had lunch with Slash great to see him as well, funny who you can run into on the other side of the world.
Saw Mount Fuji from the train - which a Japanese person described as a dirty mountain. It’s really a black volcano and it has a total vibe much like the pyramids in Egypt and Mexico. In Osako, in the middle of the Black Crowes show I photographed the Luna eclipse going red over. Then went straight back in to finishing shooting the show.
